The Role - Junior Recruitment Consultant

As a Junior Recruitment Consultant, you will work closely with experienced recruiters and company founders to learn every aspect of the recruitment process.

You will be responsible for:

• Sourcing and identifying high-quality candidates


• Speaking with candidates and building strong relationships


• Writing and advertising job opportunities


• Managing candidate interviews and feedback


• Headhunting passive talent


• Building market knowledge within specialist sectors


• Supporting clients with hiring requirements


• Learning how to manage the recruitment process from start to finish

This is a fast-paced, people-focused role where no two days are the same.

Previous recruitment experience is not required.
