YellowSquare Rome is looking for a Square Enthusiast (Mixité position). You’ll be the heart of the guest experience, juggling roles between the Reception, our iconic Bar, and the heart of our events depending on the needs of the hostel.

What you’ll be doing:

• Welcoming guests with a smile, managing check\-ins, and handling check\-outs;


• Serving up coffee and drinks, chatting with guests, and being the life of the party behind the bar;


• Promoting hostel events, DJ sets, walking tours, and Roman experiences to make every guest’s stay unforgettable;


• Being a proactive problem\-solver, jumping in to help with whatever comes up—from insider tips on the Eternal City to last\-minute event setups;


• Cooperating with the whole team to keep the vibe high and operations smooth across different departments.

What you should have:

• At least 1 year of experience in similar roles (Reception, Bartending, or Barista);


• Team spirit: The ability to collaborate effectively within a dynamic, fast\-paced team;


• Flexibility to work on a shift schedule, including nights and weekends;


• Excellence in customer service and a genuine passion for hospitality;


• High proficiency in spoken English and Italian (other languages are a huge plus!).

• CCNL Turismo – 5th level: Gross annual salary of €22\.2k;


• Initial 3\-month fixed\-term contract, full\-time or part\-time, with a flexible schedule Mon–Sun;
