Prolec Solutions is a well\-established commercial electrical contractor based in Coulsdon, delivering electrical testing, inspection and project works for a portfolio of high\-profile clients across London and the South East — including landmark heritage and government sites. Our Compliance division is growing, and we're looking for a detail\-driven person to join the team and grow with us.

The role

As a Junior Qualified Supervisor, you'll sit at the heart of our compliance function — reviewing the certificates, reports and documentation produced from our electrical testing, inspection and project works to make sure everything is accurate, complete and fully compliant. Working closely with (and learning directly from) our Qualified Supervisor, this is a great opportunity for someone with an electrical background and a sharp eye for detail to build a long\-term career in compliance and supervision.

What you'll be doing

• Reviewing documentation, certificates and reports from electrical testing, inspections and project\-related works


• Verifying that completed paperwork is accurate, complete and compliant with current regulations, industry standards and company procedures


• Identifying errors, omissions or non\-conformities, and communicating the required corrections to engineers and team members promptly


• Preparing and collating reviewed documentation for final approval by the Qualified Supervisor


• Providing administrative and technical support — preparing documentation, organising files and maintaining accurate records


• Assisting with internal audits, quality assurance checks and compliance activities across live and completed projects

• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy when reviewing technical documents


• A good understanding of electrical installation practices (experience with testing and inspection is preferred)


• Genuine eagerness to learn and progress within a compliance and supervisory role


• Excellent communication and organisational skills


• Confident using Microsoft Office (particularly Outlook, Word and Excel)


• A team player who works well under the guidance of a Qualified Supervisor

• Salary of £35,000 per year


• Permanent, full\-time position (6\-month probation period)
