About Us

At ClearSky, we are The Tech Enabler. We unlock exponential business growth by taking complex technical challenges and turning them into simple, high\-performance digital solutions. Our engineering teams do incredible work in AI and bespoke software, and we need a dedicated Associate QA Tester to ensure every story we tell is backed by flawless quality.

We don’t expect you to know everything on day one. We believe in building solid software and solid people. If you have a keen eye for detail and a hunger to learn, we are here to support your journey with the training and professional development you need to sharpen your skills and build your career

Your Mission

As an Associate QA Tester, you’ll be the gatekeeper of quality and a champion for the user. You will be part of a collaborative, fast\-paced team working on exciting digital products. Whether you've touched on testing during university projects, side hustles, or personal interests, we want to help you "level up" into a professional QA expert.

What You'll Be Doing

Manual Testing: Execute tests across web and mobile platforms to ensure everything works exactly as it should

Bug Hunting: Log and track defects, participating in triage meetings to help the team squash bugs.

Documentation: Create and maintain simple test plans and test cases.

Collaboration: Work closely with developers and designers to ensure quality throughout the entire building process.

Learn Automation: Start dipping your toes into automation by maintaining test repositories with plenty of support and training from the team.

Agile Life: Take part in daily stand\-ups and sprint ceremonies.

What You Bring to the Table

This is an entry\-level role where talent and great ideas matter more than years of experience.

  • Exposure to Testing: You have a basic understanding of what testing is (maybe through a university module, a bootcamp, or self\-study) and an interest in how software is built.

  • Communication is Key: You are a strong communicator who feels comfortable brainstorming with the team.

  • A Keen Eye for Detail: You notice the small things that others might miss.

  • Initiative \& Enthusiasm: You don’t wait to be told what to do; you see a problem and want to solve it.

  • Collaborative Spirit: You’re a self\-starter who loves being part of a supportive, high\-quality team.
Why You'll Love It Here

You’ll join a team that values quality, creativity, and autonomy. We’re building a place where you can thrive, not just as a tester, but as a person. If you're ready to take the next step in your QA career, we want to hear from you.

Pay: Up to £28,325\.00 per year
