- Overseeing the day-to-day management of buildings, ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements such as fire-safety checks
- Dealing with contractors, ensuring quality of their work and signing off invoices
- Preparing property budgets and overseeing expenditure
- Overseeing and sending out Section 20 notices when required
- Dealing promptly and professionally with client enquiries
- At least 5 years previous experience in a property-sector role
- Professional qualification – Level 2 TPI or similar
- Good attention to detail
- Confident communicator, able to handle challenging conversations with tact and professionalism.
- Proactive, and able to prioritise effectively in a busy environment
- Flexibility to play your part as a member of a supportive and close-knit knit team
- Full driving license - as you progress, you’ll begin to visit your portfolio for regular property inspections
