The Home Quarter is a modern and ambitious estate agency working alongside HomexChange to deliver exceptional service to buyers and sellers. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated and organised Junior Property Consultant / Administrator to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or develop a career within the property industry. Whilst the role is initially office\-based; following successful completion of your probation period and ongoing training. there will be opportunities to progress into a more client\-facing estate agency positions.

As a key member of our team, you will support the day\-to\-day running of the office, ensuring our clients receive a professional and efficient service at all times.

You will be responsible for a variety of administrative and customer service duties while working closely with colleagues across the business.

· Answering incoming calls and dealing with client enquiries professionally

· Booking property viewings and valuations

· Liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors and other stakeholders

· Providing updates to clients throughout the sales process

· Managing property records and maintaining accurate data

· Tracking and managing property keys

· Supporting sales progression activities

· Assisting the team with general office administration

· Ensuring all client communication is handled efficiently and professionally

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, reliable and eager to learn. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role.

· Administration or customer service experience

· Excellent communication and customer service skills

· Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

· Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office

· Comfortable using computers and learning new systems

· Professional telephone manner

· Ability to work effectively as part of a team

· Positive attitude and willingness to develop within the business

· Previous estate agency experience

· Full UK driving licence

Competitive salary of £24,420 \- £30,000 depending on experience
