Your tasks:Under the guidance and step\-by\-step training of an experienced project manager:
- Management of a sub\-project of one of our major projects (approx. 10 to 80 M€)
- Technical leadership and motivation of the project group staff
- Implementation of the project management methodology within the sub\-project
- Central point of contact for the sub\-project in the company, for customers and suppliers
- Advice and coaching of project employees in order processing
- Ensuring high planning quality for deadlines, costs and services of the sub\-project
- Monitoring and control of order processing with the aim of securing results, including risks, opportunities, residual points, warranty and receivables
- Implementation of personnel, budget, capacity and material cost planning for the sub\-project, its implementation and monitoring
- Ensuring complete and correct sub\-project and PM documentation and reporting to the major project manager
Your profile:
- First successes in the management of projects
- First professional experience in the technical management of project employees
- Initial experience in the field of PM methodology and PM competence
- Willingness to obtain certification in project management according to IPMA
- Professional experience in the field of technical capital goods, preferably in shipbuilding
- International professional experience desirable
- Independent, professional, structured, team\- and solution\-oriented way of working
- Ability to work in a team, communication skills and commitment
- Sound knowledge and confident handling of all Microsoft programs
- Practical handling of ERP programs desirable
- Good knowledge of German and English
- Work experience \>\= 3 years
