Junior Project Manager – Construction
Project Manager to join our growing construction and development team in Dublin.As both a construction and development company, CCPM is involved in projects from early\-stage feasibility, planning and design through to procurement, construction, completion and handover. This role offers the opportunity to gain broad experience across the full development and project\-delivery process.The position would suit a graduate or early\-career construction professional who wants to develop into a Project Manager and build a strong understanding of both construction delivery and property development.
The RoleWorking alongside our Directors, Project Managers, consultants and site teams, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the delivery of construction and development projects from inception through to completion.
- Supporting early\-stage project activities, including feasibility, design development, planning and consultant coordination.
- Assisting with the day\-to\-day management of construction projects.
- Monitoring progress against project programmes and key development milestones.
- Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and site personnel.
- Assisting with the procurement of subcontractor packages, materials and equipment.
- Tracking long\-lead items, procurement schedules and project deliverables.
- Reviewing architectural, structural and services drawings.
- Raising RFIs and coordinating information with the design team.
- Maintaining project drawings, reports, registers and other documentation.
- Assisting with planning, design\-team and site meetings.
- Preparing meeting minutes, action lists and project updates.
- Assisting with quality control, inspections and snagging.
- Supporting the management of variations, valuations and project cost information.
- Assisting with project reporting and monitoring key risks, issues and decisions.
- Supporting project completion, certification, compliance and handover.
- Taking ownership of assigned tasks and following them through to completion.
What We Are Looking ForIdeally, you will have:
- A degree or qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Building Engineering, Property Development or a related discipline.
- Graduate level to approximately 2–3 years' relevant construction, development or project experience.
- Some previous site or project experience.
- An interest in the full property development process, from feasibility and planning through to construction and completion.
- A good understanding of construction methods, sequencing and project delivery.
- The ability to read and understand architectural, structural and services drawings.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Good attention to detail.
- A proactive approach to problem solving.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word.
- A full driving licence preferred.

- Salary of €40,000–€50,000 depending on experience.
