<p>Hunter Douglas Europe is the European market leader in innovative, made-to-measure window covering solutions, known through premium brands such as Luxaflex®. Within our Product Team, we develop high-quality products that combine engineering, design, and manufacturability, from concept through production.</p>
<p>We are looking for a Junior Product Development Engineer who wants to grow in a hands-on product development role within an international environment.</p>
<p><strong>About The Role -</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Support the development of new products and components from concept to industrialisation</li>
<li>Create and maintain 3D CAD models and production drawings</li>
<li>Assist with technical calculations, testing, and product validation</li>
<li>Support production processes and production ramp-ups</li>
<li>Drive improvements in functionality, quality, and manufacturability</li>
<li>Work closely with an international team of engineers, including colleagues in Germany and other Hunter Douglas companies</li>
<li>Collaborate with the documentation team to deliver accurate drawings for assembly and installation manuals</li>
<li>Cooperate with product management, production, purchasing, and marketing teams</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>About You - </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Design</li>
<li>0–3 years of experience (graduates welcome)</li>
<li>Interest in product development and manufacturing</li>
<li>Experience with 3D CAD (Creo is a plus)</li>
<li>Proactive mindset, eye for detail, and strong team spirit</li>
<li>Good command of English; Dutch and/or German is a plus</li>
