About the role:
As a Junior Payroll Implementation Consultant, you will join an international and collaborative environment where you will contribute to delivering payroll solutions that help our clients better manage their people.
You will be involved in end\-to\-end projects, working alongside more senior consultants and clients to understand their needs and translate them into reliable, efficient, and tailored solutions. This role offers a great opportunity to further develop your expertise in payroll, technology and consulting.
Which tasks can you expect?
- Support end\-to\-end payroll implementation projects, gaining a full understanding of the process lifecycle.
- Work closely with clients and team members to analyze requirements and help shape effective solutions.
- Configure and adapt payroll systems to ensure they meet client\-specific needs.
- Participate in and support functional testing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and high\-quality payroll delivery.
- \+2 years of experience in implementing Payroll ERP solutions.
- Understanding of payroll processes and initial experience with system configuration.
- Ability to work in dynamic environments, managing multiple projects and priorities.
- Strong communication skills, with a client\-oriented mindset and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of Integrho is a strong plus.
- Experience with time \& attendance solutions or HCM systems is considered an advantage.
- Spanish is essentialand fluency in English.
