Junior Observability Engineer - Lisbon/Hybrid

Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile:

Profile:

• Assist in implementing and maintaining observability and monitoring solutions.


• Create and update basic dashboards, alerts, and reports.


• Use monitoring tools such as Dynatrace (nice to have), Datadog, Grafana, or PRTG.


• Support the team in troubleshooting monitoring\-related production issues.


• Help document observability setups and best practices.


• Work with development and operations teams to support observability in CI/CD pipelines.

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) \- PLUS;


• Entry\-level experience (internship, trainee, or up to 0–2 years) in monitoring, observability, DevOps, or IT operations;


• Basic understanding of observability concepts (metrics, logs, monitoring, alerts).


• Interest in working with monitoring/observability tool (Dynatrace, Datadog, Grafana, PRTG, or similar);


• Basic knowledge of cloud environments, preferably Azure;


• Interest in software development and DevOps practices is a plus;


• Willingness to learn new tools and technologies;


• Undertanding of development tools;

• Strong willingness to learn and grow.


• Good problem\-solving skills.


• Ability to work well in a team.


• Good communication skills.


• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
