Junior Marketing Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail\-oriented Junior Marketing Executive to join the highest rated UK property investment company. Reporting into the Head of Marketing, you will play a key role in executing marketing activity across multiple channels, supporting lead generation, and ensuring the smooth running of our marketing operations.

This is a hands\-on role suited to someone who enjoys working across a variety of tasks, thrives in a fast\-paced environment, and is keen to develop their skills across digital marketing, content, and data.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Execution

• Support delivery of the social media strategy through:


• Research and content planning


• Development of creative briefs


• Copywriting for posts


• Providing first\-round feedback to designers and editors


• Capturing and editing video content (IG reels, TikToks)


• Scheduling content across platforms


• Work closely with the sales team to capture and create reactive, on\-the\-ground content

• Execute email campaigns including:


• Writing briefs for creative assets


• Copywriting emails


• Building and scheduling campaigns


• Segmenting audiences based on behaviour and engagement


• Support optimisation of email performance through testing and analysis

• Write engaging copy for website pages


• Develop educational and sales enablement content including brochures and lead magnets


• Create marketing materials to support the sales team and drive inbound enquiries

• Support marketing activity for new development launches


• Assist the Head of Marketing in rolling out new initiatives to improve lead quality and contact rates


• Contribute to wider marketing campaigns and projects as required

• Conduct regular competitor research and market analysis


• Monitor and report on marketing performance across owned channels


• Support analysis of campaign effectiveness and lead quality

• Oversee company WhatsApp inbox, ensuring timely responses and clean data management


• Support management of shared inboxes and inbound lead communications

• 1–2 years’ experience in a marketing role


• A degree in Marketing or a related field (desirable)


• Marketing experience in the Property sector (desirable)


• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail


• Confident communicator with strong copywriting ability


• Creative and social media obsessed, with a strong awareness of trends and content formats


• Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets


• Proactive, hands\-on, and eager to learn


• Interest in property, investment, or real estate (desirable but not essential)

• Up to £35,000 DOE
