Junior Marketing & Business Development Associate (m/w/d)
Emergo Technologies builds AI software for healthcare. Our commercial focus includes AI voice automation for healthcare organisations and AI\-assisted medical documentation.
We are looking for an early\-career Marketing \& Business Development Associate to help execute marketing activity, support prospecting and learn how to qualify B2B opportunities. This role is designed for recent graduates or candidates at the start of their career who will benefit from working closely with the team in Innsbruck.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Research target companies and relevant decision\-makers.
- Support outbound activity through LinkedIn, email and other agreed channels.
- Execute approved marketing, content and campaign tasks.
- Keep CRM, prospect information, follow\-ups and next steps accurate and up to date.
- After onboarding and call shadowing, handle straightforward first\-line qualification and prepare qualified opportunities for handoff to senior Business Development.
- Capture customer questions, objections, competitor mentions and market feedback.
- Completed or soon\-to\-be\-completed university degree (Hochschulabschluss), ideally in marketing, business, communication or a related field.
- Recent graduate, or typically 0–2 years of relevant professional experience.
- Professional working proficiency in German and English.
- Comfortable communicating with new people and interested in commercial conversations.
- Organised, proactive, reliable and tech\-savvy.
- Interested in B2B SaaS, healthcare technology, marketing, business development or startups.
- Previous exposure to SDR/BDR, digital marketing, growth, customer success, commercial operations or a startup is useful but not required. Healthcare experience is a bonus, not a requirement.
Within the first 60–90 days, you should be able to explain our products and target customers, independently execute routine GTM work, keep CRM and follow\-up disciplined, and handle straightforward first\-line qualification with clear escalation when needed.
WORKING MODEL
We expect regular presence with the team in Innsbruck, particularly during onboarding and the first months. The role is primarily full\-time, with some flexibility for the right candidate finishing their studies.
COMPENSATION
From € 2,500 gross per month on a full\-time basis
Willingness to overpay depending on experience and qualification.
