Junior IT Support Technician
Location: Ruabon, North Wales
Salary: £23,000 \- £25,000 per annum (depending on experience)

About Us
We are a growing IT Support and Cyber Security company based in North Wales, providing managed IT services, Microsoft 365 support, cyber security solutions and cloud services to businesses across North Wales, Cheshire and Shropshire.
We are looking for a motivated Junior IT Support Technician who has some commercial IT experience and is looking to develop their career within a friendly and supportive MSP environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys technology, enjoys helping people and wants to continue learning and developing their technical skills.
The Role
You will work alongside our experienced technical team providing support to a variety of business clients. You will be exposed to a wide range of technologies and receive ongoing training to help develop your skills.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering support requests via phone, email and remote support
- Troubleshooting Windows and Microsoft 365 issues
- Setting up new users, devices and accounts
- Assisting with PC and laptop deployments
- Supporting printers, mobile devices and peripherals
- Maintaining accurate support records and documentation
- Escalating complex issues to senior engineers
- Assisting with cyber security and monitoring tools
- Learning new technologies and developing technical skills
Essential
- Some commercial IT support experience
- Good knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Enthusiastic and willing to learn
- Good problem\-solving skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience in a helpdesk or MSP environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Basic networking knowledge
- Familiarity with remote support tools
- IT certifications such as CompTIA A\+, Network\+, Microsoft Fundamentals or similar
