We are seeking a highly organised and detail\-oriented Junior IT Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong IT and Admin skills and be proficient in various office software applications. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing IT and Admin support to the team and developing and maintaining efficient processes.
About the role:
As a Junior IT Support Engineer, you will be the first point of contact for a wide range of IT support requests across Executive Jet Support. Working closely with senior IT engineers, you will help ensure that our users, systems and technology operate efficiently and securely while gaining exposure to a broad range of enterprise technologies used within the business. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a long\-term career in IT within a fast\-paced and growing international organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first\-line IT support to colleagues, assisting with hardware, software, printing, Microsoft 365 and connectivity issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues relating to laptops, mobile devices, printers and office technology.
- Assist with the setup, configuration and deployment of new user devices and IT equipment.
- Support user account administration, including permissions, licensing and access management.
- Help maintain SharePoint structures, knowledge base articles and technical documentation.
- Support cybersecurity and data protection initiatives, including MFA, VPN and user security awareness activities.
- Log, track and update support requests, ensuring issues are resolved or escalated appropriately.
- Assist senior IT engineers with infrastructure, security, reporting and technology improvement projects.
- Stock management.
- Gain exposure to business systems including Quantum Aviation ERP, XDR Platform and much more.
- Maintain a professional, customer\-focused approach when supporting colleagues across the business.
