Junior IT Business Analyst (m/f)

ARHS Group, part of Accenture, is looking for a Junior IT Business Analyst to join our internal teams in Luxembourg.

This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or early\-career professional to grow in a collaborative and international environment while contributing to business and digital transformation initiatives.

THE WORK:

• Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.


• Support the analysis and optimization of business processes and workflows.


• Collaborate with business users, project managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented.


• Contribute to the preparation of functional specifications, user stories, process maps, and project documentation.


• Participate in testing activities, including validating solutions against business requirements.


• Support reporting, data analysis, and the preparation of presentations for stakeholders.


• Learn and apply business analysis best practices and Agile methodologies.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.


• Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills with attention to detail.


• Interest in business analysis, process improvement, and digital transformation initiatives.


• Basic understanding of business process modeling, requirements gathering, or project management concepts.


• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.


• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, Jira, Confluence, or data analysis tools is a plus.


• Team\-oriented mindset with good communication and interpersonal skills.


• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
