Junior HR Advisor

An multi award winning company is looking for a Junior HR Advisor. It's a perfect opportunity for an HR Administrator with exposure to lower level ER casework who has hit a glass ceiling in their current role. You will join a dedicated team of experts, working for a company that has embedded employee wellbeing and development into every aspect of the business.

Once established as an HR Adviser, you'll be a trusted partner, providing practical HR advice and support on employee relations, absence management, performance, contracts and organisational change. You'll build strong relationships with key stakeholders, help resolve complex people issues, and work closely with colleagues to deliver an excellent, seamless service.

This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You'll combine your HR knowledge, problem-solving skills and customer focus to help create positive working environments where staff can succeed.
