Junior HR Advisor
The role of Junior HR Advisor:
- Managing all aspects of HR administration
- Reviewing and improving HR processes and procedures
- Managing and maintaining the HRIS system
- Producing accurate KPI reports and HR metrics
- Supporting low\-level employee relations cases, including long\-term sickness
- Responding to day\-to\-day queries from managers and employees
- Reviewing, updating, and rewriting job descriptions and internal documentation
- Acting as a trusted point of contact within a busy, fast\-paced environment
- Passionate about developing their HR career
- Confident, proactive, and keen to learn
- Able to work with discretion and sensitivity
- Comfortable working in a fast\-paced environment
- Ideally CIPD Level 3 qualified or working towards — not essential
