The position
We are looking for a Junior Business Transformation Lead to take a central role in driving and orchestrating strategic initiatives across our Group organization.
You will be positioned close to senior leadership and act as a key enabler in translating strategy into execution. The role operates in the intersection of portfolio management, project leadership and business transformation, with responsibility spanning both oversight and hands\-on delivery.
You will work with a portfolio of strategic priorities, where annual strategy is translated into concrete initiatives and projects across regions and business units.
The role requires both structure and drive – ensuring clarity, alignment and execution in complex, cross\-functional environments.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and maintain a structured, transparent view of the strategic project portfolio across initiatives
- Drive selected strategic and cross\-functional projects end\-to\-end, including global transformation initiatives
- Ensure alignment between strategic priorities and ongoing initiatives, including continuous prioritization and re\-alignment
- Define and implement structures, governance and ways of working for portfolio and project execution
- Facilitate decision\-making by providing clear insights, status reporting and risk assessments
- Act as a strategic sparring partner to leadership, contributing to shaping initiatives and defining execution approaches
- Proactively identify gaps, dependencies and opportunities within the strategic portfolio
- Enable and support cross\-functional collaboration across business units and regions

Requirements \& experience
- Proven track record of successfully driving and executing projects in complex organizations
- Experience working in international or highly dynamic environments
- Strong understanding of IT services, digital transformation or related business domains
- Solid business acumen with the ability to connect strategy and execution
- Experience from consulting, scale\-ups or transformation\-heavy environments is an advantage
- Degree within business, economics or similar (e.g. cand.merc.) considered a plus
