Who we're looking for
Are you a trained Graphic Designer with at least 2 years' experience in e\-commerce fashion or lifestyle branding, with a proven track record of producing high\-quality digital content? We're looking for a proactive team member with strong design skills who thrives in a fast\-paced environment, delivering design work reliably under the direction of our Senior Graphic Designer.
What you'll do
Reporting to our Senior Graphic Designer, you’ll create engaging visual content and help manage our image assets, bringing the Little Green Radicals brand to life across our digital, print and retail channels. This is a broad, hands\-on role covering a real variety of work. We’re looking for someone who’s keen to learn, adaptable, and happy to turn their hand to a wide range of tasks as a general all\-rounder within a small, fast\-paced team.
Digital Design \& Campaigns
- Develop digital assets across our website, email, social media and paid advertising channels, including building newsletters in Klaviyo and supporting Shopify website content updates and layout design.
- Create visual campaigns for seasonal launches and wider brand initiatives, with a focus on storytelling.
- Support brand consistency across all channels, working within our established style guidelines.
- Support our photography and image asset workflow from basic retouching, cropping and formatting through to organising and maintaining our image library. This includes briefing our external imagery agency and reviewing their work.
- Help with organisation, parent liaison and general support for photoshoots, attending a minimum of two per year.
- Help produce and update our seasonal brochures and in\-store point\-of\-sale materials from content and layout updates through to print\-ready artwork checks, working closely with the Senior Designer and external printers.
- Qualified graphic designer with a strong portfolio showcasing brand and marketing design across digital channels, in particular newsletters and websites
- At least 2 years' experience delivering creative work to a high standard, including reactive briefs and tight deadlines
- Confident using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects, Premiere and XD a plus)
- Strong grasp of typography, layout design, message hierarchy and colour theory, with exceptional attention to detail
- Experience creating print ready artwork
- Ability to visually communicate our brand story and ensure consistency across channels
- Excellent communicator, comfortable liaising with external agencies and across departments
- Strong organisation skills, particularly file naming and image/asset management
- Experience with motion graphics and video editing
- Content creation (e.g. creative product photography, in particular for social media)
- Ability to use ai to support design work
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS
- Passion for ethical brands and sustainability
- Illustration
- Layout and brochure planning and design
- Retouching or preparing product photography to a polished, client\-ready standard
- Hybrid working (2\-3 days per week in our Brixton office/shop)
- Part\-time / flexible working patterns available (happy to accept FT or 4 days a week)
