Position Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail\-oriented trainee or student to join our finance team in our Luxembourg office near Cloche d’Or. This is a versatile role designed to give you hands\-on experience in a fast\-paced environment. Whether you are looking for a mandatory internship or a summer student job to complement your studies, we offer the opportunity to learn in an international environment with a great team.
What you will do
You will work closely with our Accounting Manager on a variety of missions, including:
- Period\-End Closings: Assisting with monthly and quarterly closing processes (clôtures) and ensuring data accuracy.
- Financial Analysis: Supporting the preparation of reports.
- Cash Management: Helping with daily treasury tasks, bank booking and bank reconciliations.
- Accounting Support: Assisting with invoice processing, expense reports, and general ledger maintenance.
Skills
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- A strong command of Excel (vlookups, pivot tables) is essential. Familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
- Fluency in English is required.
- You are organized, curious, and not afraid to dive into the numbers. You have a "can\-do" attitude and enjoy working in a team.
