Junior Event Account Manager AND Office Manager
Job Purpose
Peachy Productions is a busy and growing live event production company delivering sound, lighting, staging and technical production for corporate events, weddings and private parties across the UK.
We're looking for an organised, proactive and personable individual to join our team in a varied role that combines office management, account management and event coordination.
No two days are the same. One day you could be helping prepare a proposal for a major event, the next coordinating travel for technicians, updating our website, or assisting with the delivery of an event.

Key Responsibilities
Junior Account Manager
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients and helping to build strong, long\-term relationships.
- Supporting clients from initial enquiry through to successful live event delivery.
- Preparing quotations, proposals, presentations and client documentation.
- Attending client meetings, preparing agendas and recording actions.
- Developing a detailed understanding of client requirements and event objectives.
- Liaising with venues, suppliers and production teams to ensure smooth event planning.
- Assisting with budget preparation, supplier cost management and invoice reconciliation.
- Identifying opportunities to upsell additional services and maximise project value.
- Supporting the Managing Director in developing existing accounts and generating new business opportunities.
- Attending networking events and representing Peachy Productions professionally.
- Assisting with sales activity, lead generation and client follow\-up.
- Supporting revenue growth through excellent client service and relationship management.
- Assist in organising and delivering Wiltshire Event Network events.
- Managing the day\-to\-day running of our Salisbury office, including answering incoming calls, handling emails, mail and client and supplier enquiries.
- Co\-ordinating meetings and diary schedules.
- Order stationery and office supplies, maintaining stock levels for office, kitchen, and bathroom facilities.
- Maintain the office environment and coordinate external suppliers for maintenance and repair works.
- Provide administrative support to the Managing Director, including preparation of presentations, letters, emails, and other documentation.
- Arrange travel and accommodation for the staff, including managing Congestion Charge and ULEZ.
- Provide administrative support to the Managing Director, Operations Director, and Event Manager.
- Maintain accurate database records and complete data entry tasks.
- Collate and submit overtime hours for warehouse staff.
- Support Peachy Productions’ marketing activities, including online and offline networking initiatives.
- Update the Peachy Productions website with new content and amendments.
- Assist in managing social media channels, creating content, and promoting upcoming events.
Essential Skills \& Experience
- Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Canva.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multi\-task effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive, flexible, and professional approach to work.
- High attention to detail and strong administrative capability.
- Honest, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information appropriately.
- A collaborative team player with a strong work ethic.
- Experience in an office management, administrative role.
- Experience within the events industry, either in an organisational or support capacity.
- Marketing or social media experience.
- Experience in website content management.
- Travel coordination experience.
- Well\-presented and confident communicator with a positive, can\-do attitude.
- Strong sense of initiative and accountability.
- Good sense of humour and personable approach.
- Professional and ethical approach to business.
