- The Foundation: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related analytical field.
- The Experience: At least 1 year of hands\-on experience in IT/ERP, Management Consulting, or Project Management.
- The Mindset: A razor\-sharp analytical mind. You grasp complex systems at lightning speed and possess a genuine passion for tackling challenging tasks.
- The Communicator: You are a highly committed team player with C2\-level fluency in English (Spanish proficiency is a plus).
- Own Your Stream: Take charge of independent sub\-projects within large\-scale IT transformations.
- Architect the Future: Analyze complex IT architectures and design sleek, automated, and future\-proof business processes.
- Drive Business Value: Build out feasibility, risk, and ROI analyses that guide C\-level decision\-making.
- Consult \& Advise: Prepare compelling pitch decks and lead high\-impact workshops for our clients.
- Bridge Business \& Tech: Act as the vital link between our clients and our engineering team. You will translate complex business requirements into clear and actionable technical specifications.
