<p>You’ll join an international team and learn how to grow Picnic’s website into an important customer acquisition channel. Along the way, you’ll build hands-on experience in organic growth, content, website optimization and digital analytics.</p>
<h2>Tricks of the trade</h2>
<ul>
<li><strong>Understand what customers are looking for:</strong> Research how customers discover brands online and identify opportunities for Picnic to reach them with useful and relevant content.</li>
<li><strong>Grow our organic traffic:</strong> Help increase Picnic’s visibility across Google search and AI search.</li>
<li><strong>Improve our website:</strong> Work with developers, designers and copywriters to implement improvements to our website.</li>
<li><strong>Create better content:</strong> Help optimize existing pages and develop new content that is useful for our customers.</li>
<li><strong>Turn data into action: </strong>Use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Semrush to measure the results of your work and identify new opportunities.</li>
<li><strong>Experiment and learn:</strong> Come up with ideas, test them, analyze the results, and use what you learn to make the next improvement. Develop your organic growth expertise over time.</li>

<h2>Your superpowers</h2>
<ul>
<li>MSc. degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent</li>
<li>Up to 1 year of hands-on digital marketing experience</li>
<li>Fluent in Dutch and English. French or German is a plus.</li>
<li>Strong analytical mindset with an interest in working with data and performance metrics. </li>
<li>Proficient in using Google Sheets, Excel or any other data tool to analyze and present insights</li>
<li>Passionate about using AI to automate, simplify, and improve everyday marketing tasks</li>
<li>Eager to learn and develop your digital marketing expertise</li>
<li>Excellent communication and teamwork skills</li>
<li>Strong affinity in the consumer retail industry</li>
