Junior Credit Controller/Cashier

The role
We are looking to recruit a Junior Credit Controller/Cashier to support and work closely with the Credit Control team within our Finance function.
This is a full time, hybrid role working in the office for 3 days each week and working remotely for 2 days. The working hours are 9am to 5pm and you will need your own transport to reach our offices at RM18 7HL.
Key activities
\- Cash application \& daily bank reconciliation for 3 companies
\- Reconciling proforma accounts
\- Preparing refunds and reconciling and posting to accounts
\- New account openings – preparing documentation up to the welcome call stage
\- Account reviews received from the sales teams
The person/skills
\- A minimum of 12 months prior experience within Credit Control
\- Ability to pick up accounting systems quickly, Microsoft BC experience desirable
\- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
\- Ability to prioritise workload to meet business needs
\- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
\- Excellent verbal \& written communication skills
\- Self\-starter, organised and with high attention to detail is essential
