Job Description

This is a generalist position with two equally important pillars: making Engibex visible and attractive online and keeping the office running smoothly. You will work closely with the leadership team and quickly gain end\-to\-end ownership of your domains.
Marketing \& Communications
\* Manage and grow our LinkedIn presence and other relevant channels
\* Write and publish content: articles, case studies, job posts, company news
\* Maintain and update the Engibex website (content, SEO basics, visuals)
\* Design simple visuals and communication materials (Canva or equivalent)
\* Support recruitment marketing: craft attractive job descriptions and promote
open roles
\* Track engagement metrics and propose content improvements
Office Management \& Administration
\* Manage day\-to\-day office operations: supplies, vendors, facilities coordination
\* Handle incoming/outgoing correspondence and document management
\* Support onboarding logistics for new consultants (welcome packs, equipment,
access)
\* Assist with preparation of internal reports, presentations, and meeting
materials
\* Organize internal team\-building events and company gatherings, and coordinate branded merchandise ordering and stock
HR Support
\* Maintain and update personnel files and HR documentation
\* Help coordinate consultant evaluations and follow\-up actions
\* Support payroll preparation: timesheet collection, absence tracking
\* Contribute to improving HR processes, templates, and internal tools
Fleet \& Facilities
\* Coordinate the company vehicle fleet: documentation, insurance follow\-up,
fuel card management
\* Liaise with leasing providers and other partners
\* Manage telecom subscriptions and IT equipment inventory
Required qualifications
---------------------------
\* Bachelor's or Master's in Marketing, Communications or Administration
\* 0–3 years of experience (internships count)
\* Comfortable with Microsoft 365, LinkedIn, Canva
\* Good writing and editing skills \- Fluent in English and Dutch and/or French
\* Organised, detail\-oriented, proactive
\* Autonomous — thrives in a fast\-moving SME environment
