Junior Commercial Project Controller

Location: LisbonAs a Junior Commercial Project Manager, you will be an integral part of our dynamic international team. This role requires a proactive individual with strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail. Your primary responsibility will be to support and collaborate with the Technical Project Management team in Germany and Egypt and the Technical and Commercial Project/Product Team in Germany, Egypt and Portugal in various capacities, ensuring the smooth execution and completion of orders. Additionally, you will handle project controlling tasks, cost planning, and the visualization of analysis to aid in strategic decision\-making.

How You’ll Make a Difference

• Support and Collaboration: Work closely with the Technical PM to assist in the day\-today management and coordination of project tasks.


• Data Analysis: Conduct comprehensive data analyses to provide insights and support decision\-making processes.


• Cost Center Controlling: Monitor and manage cost centers to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints and financial targets.


• Internal Forecasting: Assist in the preparation and maintenance of internal forecasts, helping to predict future project needs and outcomes.


• Process Optimization: Identify, analyze, and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

• A completed commercial training or a comparable qualification.


• Fluency in English is a must.


• Familiarity with tools such as SAP Microsoft Office, Power BI, and Alteryx is beneficial.


• Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey sophisticated information clearly and concisely. Ability to work optimally within an international team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.


• Aptitude for identifying issues and developing effective solutions.


• Proven willingness to learn and adapt, embracing new challenges and continuously seeking personal and professional development.


• Strong sense of responsibility and accountability, with the ability to take initiative and drive projects to successful completion


• Availability to work in the Lisbon office three days a week is crucial
