As a Junior Commercial \& Development Specialist, you’ll play an active role in growing Qserve Learn, our digital training platform used by professionals around the world.

What you’ll do

This role gives you variety, responsibility, and real impact from day one.

Commercial \& Business Development:

  • Connect with potential clients via LinkedIn, email, and calls.

  • Discover client needs and show how Qserve Learn can help.

  • Support product demo’s and client conversations.

  • Build relationships and turn leads into long\-term customers.

  • Work closely with our Business Development team on growth strategies.
Marketing \& Platform Development:
  • Create and upload courses to our online learning platform.

  • Help design engaging learning journeys and training content.

  • Support global marketing campaigns and new ideas.

  • Improve the platform experience for users worldwide.

  • Contribute to exciting growth and innovation projects.
Tasks and responsibilities

We’re looking for someone who is eager to learn, proactive, and not afraid to try new things:

  • A recent Bachelor’s graduate (e.g. Commercial Economics, International Business, Marketing, Business Administration, or similar).

  • Interested in sales, marketing, and digital products.

  • Strong communication skills in Dutch and English.

  • A hands\-on, curious mindset—you take initiative and learn quickly.

  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, international team.

  • Resilient and motivated (you see challenges as opportunities!).
Nice\-to\-haves (but not required):
  • Experience with learning platforms (LMS).

  • Interest in Learning \& Development.

  • Curiosity about AI tools (like ChatGPT) and how to use them in business.
