Job Title: Junior Cold Chain \& Logistics Analyst
Location: Barcelona, Spain \| Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)
We're looking for a Junior Cold Chain \& Logistics Analyst to join our growing Global Logistics team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an analytical, detail\-oriented professional with up to 3 years of experience to gain exposure to global pharmaceutical supply chain operations and help drive quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across our cold chain network.
What you'll do:
- Monitor and analyze cold chain performance KPIs, including temperature excursions, deviations, and OTIF performance
- Support the management of deviations, CAPAs, and change controls in line with GDP/GMP requirements
- Develop dashboards, reports, and data insights to support decision\-making
- Coordinate with logistics providers, CMOs, and global stakeholders
- Support audit readiness and compliance activities
- Contribute to process improvement and cold chain optimization initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Supply Chain, Engineering, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or a related field
- 1\-3 years of experience in Pharma, Biotechnology, Medical Devices, Quality, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data management tools (Power BI is a plus)
- A quality\-focused mindset and interest in working within a regulated environment
- Curiosity for digitalization, automation, and AI\-driven solutions
- Excellent communication skills, resilience, and a proactive mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast\-paced, global environment
