Junior Clinical Trial Assistant (Graduate)
Job Summary :
Our global activities are growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking a full\-time, 100% office\-based Clinical Trial Assistant to join our Clinical Trial Management team in Munich. In this position, you will work in a team to accomplish tasks and projects that are instrumental to the company’s success. As you gain valuable insights in clinical trials, you will have internal growth opportunities in defined career paths.
Responsibilities :
- Support to Clinical Trial Management Team members (Directors, Clinical Trial Managers, Project Coordinators)
- Provide day to day departmental support activities as necessary. Examples include shipping, filing, managing inventory and orders
- Coordinate and provide minutes for departmental meetings/conference calls
- Schedule appointments, set up events, make travel arrangements as necessary
- Maintain database/spreadsheets/files as necessary to facilitate tracking/documentation of departmental activities
- Conduct quality control reviews of departmental documents as necessary
- Support other departments on ad hoc projects
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed
- B.Sc. in Life Sciences
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Attention to detail and excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in German \& English
- Experience in administrative roles is beneficial
