About the Role
The Junior Campaign Manager (Jr. CM) plays a foundational role in supporting the wider Campaign Management with day\-to\-day tasks including ensureíng efficient performance monitoring, data analysis, and client reporting.
This role is ideal for early\-career professionals looking to gain hands\-on experience in digital media, programmatic advertising, and campaign management. The Jr. CM will work alongside Campaign Managers and Ad Operations teams to track performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure campaign success.
This is a fast\-paced and detail\-oriented position requiring strong organizational skills, a data\-driven mindset, and a willingness to learn about digital advertising best practices.
Key ResponsibilitiesReporting \& Data Analysis* Generate standard YouTube and Social Media campaign performance reports, summarizing key metrics and insights.
- Support the team in Post Campaign Analysis, from data collection to strategic insights decks, ensuring data\-driven decision\-making.
- Maintain automated reporting solutions and create basic reports using the internal data platform. Collaborate with the Product team to ensure full data aggregation, validation, and updates.
- Identify discrepancies or underperformance, escalating issues to Campaign Managers for resolution.
- Support during end of month reconciliation.
- Assist in streamlining internal campaign management processes for improved efficiency.
- Support the team in troubleshooting technical or delivery\-related campaign challenges.
- Strong foundational understanding of digital media platforms and campaign operations.
- Proactive support in campaign troubleshooting and data\-driven decision\-making.
- Proficiency in English is required as we operate primarily in English and work internationally.
- Basic proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, calculations, and data visualization).
- Familiarity with programmatic buying, DSPs, or media management dashboards is a plus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with high attention to detail.
- Interest in learning and growing within a digital advertising environment.
- Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or programmatic certifications are a plus.
