Junior Business Manager (Life Science divison) - German required

Tasks

With a true entrepreneurial mindset, you will:

• Take full ownership of your business unit’s success and profitability.


• Drive new business by building strong, long\-term client relationships with top\-tier industrials in the Life Science sector.


• Define engineering projects and services we can offer to our industrial partners


• Recruit and lead a high\-performing team of engineering consultants.

*1\. Business Development:*

• Identify and acquire new clients in the Life Science sector: Pharmaceuticals, Medical Device, Biotechnology (includes cold\-calling)


• Define and execute sales strategies.


• Lead business meetings with key decision\-makers.


• Negotiate contract terms with clients and candidates.

• Define recruitment strategies to attract top engineering talent.


• Conduct interviews and assess candidates.


• Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.

• Build and manage your own team of consultants.


• Support career development


• Ensure consultants and clients satisfaction.

What You Bring:

You don’t need years of experience—we'll teach you everything you need to succeed. What matters most is your mindset and motivation.

• Fluent in German and English (C1 minimum)


• Engineering degree or MSc in Management, Economics or Business Administration.


• You have between 0\-3 years'experience.


• Strong interest in Sales, Entrepreneurship and Engineering.


• Excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify complex ideas.
