Multifonds is now operating as a new standalone company, led by its existing management team.

The Role and the Team

The Junior Business Analyst will be part of the Multifonds Global Accounting (MFGA) Product Support Team, acting as a key intermediary between clients and internal product and development teams. Reporting to the Support Manager, the role focuses on delivering high\-quality client support, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction across regions. This position requires close collaboration with global stakeholders to maintain service continuity and product excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Support clients in resolving daily BAU inquiries and system\-related issues,


• Identify functionality defects or gaps and coordinate with internal teams for resolution,


• Provide training and guidance to clients on MFGA modules and features,


• Prioritize and manage open client issues to ensure efficient turnaround times,


• Maintain and meet SLAs across all issue types and priorities to ensure client satisfaction,


• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and global teams to ensure seamless service delivery,


• Act as a key point of contact for client queries and provide consultancy support

• Education: Min. Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business with a strong accounting background,


• Experience: Open to recent graduates; prior experience in financial services or client support is a plus but is not required,


• Technical skills: Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills; ability to understand and troubleshoot system issues,


• Soft skills: Excellent communication skills, customer\-focused mindset, ability to work independently, adaptability, and strong organizational skills,


• Systems knowledge: Understanding of hedge funds, private equity, or alternative investments is an advantage. Familiarity with Multifonds Global Accounting (MFGA) is a plus,


• Languages: Excellent English communication skills for global stakeholder interaction; French and/or any European language would be considered an asset,
