Junior Business Analyst for Asset Finance Tribe
Are you early in your Business Analyst career and ready to take the next step?
We are looking for a Business Analyst \- someone who has already had their first experience in a BA or similar role and is now looking to grow further, take on more responsibility, and develop their skills in a supportive environment.
You don’t need to be an expert yet. What matters most is your curiosity, willingness to learn, and motivation to turn business needs into clear, structured solutions.
You want to help shape how financial products work in practice. In Asset Finance, you’ll get hands\-on exposure to real lending and asset financing processes, where good analysis and clear requirements make a tangible difference for customers, risk management, and compliance.
You will:
- Support business analysis activities in projects and smaller initiatives
- Help clarify requirements by working with stakeholders and asking the right questions
- Prepare and facilitate workshops and meetings with guidance from more experienced colleagues
- Document processes, requirements, and decisions in a clear and structured way
- Contribute to identifying risks and improvement opportunities and flag them early
- Support follow\-up on tasks and agreed actions
- You have 1\+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role (e.g. process analyst, junior consultant)
- This is likely your second role , and you’re motivated to build on your initial experience
- You are comfortable working with stakeholders and collaborating across teams
- You have a structured mindset and an interest in understanding business needs
- Advanced English language – both written and spoken
- You are eager to learn, develop, and grow within the Business Analyst role
- Experience working in an agile setup (nice to have)
- Basic understanding of IT systems or data \- no need to be deeply technical (would be beneficial)
- A supportive team where learning and development are part of everyday work
- Clear tasks, guidance, and a structured path to grow into more complex responsibilities
- Exposure to both business and IT in a real, cross\-functional setup
- A collaborative and inclusive work environment
