The role
- This role will help us turn data into actionable insights for our digital business. As part of our central Data \& Analytics team within Commercial Excellence, you will work closely with marketing, e\-commerce, and country teams to support data\-driven decision\-making. Together with our Senior Business Analyst, you will focus on analytical depth — building self\-service reporting capabilities for the business, delivering deep\-dive analyses, and ensuring continuity through technical backup competencies.
- Marketing Performance Analytics: analysis and reporting of digital campaigns and web performance, including providing data foundations for A/B testing (e.g. for conversion optimization)
- Insights generation: actionable recommendations for digital touchpoints based on data analyses (e.g. customer behavior, market price dynamics)
- Building self\-service reporting capabilities for marketing, e\-commerce, and country teams — enabling business stakeholders to access data independently
- Conducting deep\-dive analyses for business stakeholders to support strategic and operational decisions
- Further development of our reporting infrastructure (Power BI / Google Data Studio) — building, maintaining, and consolidating KPI dashboards
- Building working knowledge of our tracking setup (GA4, Google Tag Manager, server\-side tracking) to ensure team resilience and continuity — a secondary but valued part of the role
- Close collaboration with international country teams, Digital Marketing, E\-Commerce, and IT — translating data into decisions relevant to the business
- Analytical mindset — ability to translate data into recommendations for action and communicate insights to different stakeholder groups and business partners (from operational to strategic level)
- Confident in presenting analytical results to business stakeholders — turning complex data into clear, decision\-relevant narratives
- Experience in the digital marketing environment (performance marketing, campaign tracking)
- Confident handling of data visualization and reporting tools (Power BI or Google Data Studio)
- Basic technical understanding of data engineering and data warehouse (DWH) concepts is a plus
- Experience in web analytics (Google Analytics 4, GTM) is a plus
