Multifonds is now operating as a new standalone company, led by its existing management team.
The Role and the Team
The Junior Business Analyst will be part of the Production Support team, focusing on business support and system upgrades for the MFGI (Multifonds Global Investor) product used for transfer agency activities. The role involves close collaboration with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Developers, and Architects to ensure smooth operations and effective issue resolution. This position reports within the support structure and plays a key role in bridging business needs with technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of specific client support projects and ensure timely delivery,
- Manage and resolve client issues arising from day\-to\-day business operations within defined SLAs,
- Analyse client requirements and effectively communicate them to development teams,
- Troubleshoot issues using analytical and innovative approaches,
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Developers, and SMEs to align on requirements,
- Provide on\-call support for production issues when required,
- Identify problem areas and proactively drive improvements,
- Continuously enhance business and product knowledge to contribute to team success.
- Education: Min. bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Information Systems, or a related field,
- Experience: Open to recent graduates; prior experience in financial services or client support is a plus but is not required,
- Technical skills: Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills; understanding of functional design and implementation; knowledge of SQL and data extraction is an advantage,
- Soft skills: Attention to detail, inquisitive mindset, ability to work under pressure, strong communication and stakeholder management skills,
- Systems knowledge: Understanding of financial systems and transfer agency operations is an advantage. Familiarity with Multifonds Global Investor (MFGI) is a plus,
- Communication: Excellent English communication skills for global stakeholder interaction,
- Global Operations: Ability to work across global time zones when required.
