Executes purchase orders, manages transactional procurement activities, supplier follow\-ups and ERP execution. Focused on operational efficiency, compliance, and automation. Vendor registration. Vendor documentation management. Facilities and fleet orders.We are looking for a Junior Administrative Support to join our Supply Chain team. This is a great opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who is interested in learning how procurement and supplier management work in an international environment. The role focuses on helping with day‑to‑day purchasing activities, supplier registration, and administrative tasks.

What You Will Do

• Check that purchase requests are complete and accurate before processing them.


• Help align purchase order (PO) requests with Procurement Specialists to ensure smooth planning.


• Assist with coordinating purchase order activities and follow up when needed.


• Process purchase requisitions from internal colleagues.


• Create and issue purchase orders using the ERP system.


• Track purchase orders and help monitor delivery and confirmation dates.


• Review invoice or delivery differences with suppliers and help correct pricing, quantities, or order references.


• Flag any supplier‑ or order‑related issues and escalate them to the appropriate person when needed.


• Support claims and reminders related to incorrect or incomplete deliveries.


• Help manage backorders and align delivery schedules with suppliers.


• Assist with supplier registration by collecting required documentation and supporting supplier self‑assessments.

What We Are Looking For

• Vocational training or equivalent education


• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.


• Good communication and collaboration skills


• Fluency in English (C1\) and Spanish (C1\).


• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
