Junior Administration and Finance support

We are looking for a Junior Administration \& Finance Support to join our Finance team. This position is ideal for someone at the beginning of their professional career who is passionate about finance and administration, eager to learn, and motivated to grow within the company. You will work closely with experienced professionals, gaining exposure to key financial processes and developing valuable skills in a dynamic and international environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage supplier and customer invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.


• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities, including payment follow\-up and reconciliations.


• Provide administrative and front\-office support to internal teams and external stakeholders, and maintain the office suppliers


• Support the Sales team through the management of customer information and commercial platforms.


• Assist in monthly closing activities and financial reporting.


• Record and manage financial transactions in SAP HANA.


• Maintain organized financial documentation and support audit and compliance requirements.


• Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency within the Finance department.

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or similar.


• Some experience in administration or finance, preferably in international environments.


• Valuable knowledge of accounting processes and ERP systems (SAP, SAP Business, SAP S4 Hana, etc.).


• Advanced Excel skills.


• High level of Spanish and Medium level of English (for communication with HK).


• Analytical skills, organization, and results\-oriented mindset.
