As a Junior Account Manager, you support the growth and development of customer relationships within our Power Conversion business line. Working alongside experienced Account Managers and technical teams, you help ensure outstanding customer service while identifying opportunities to expand our business.
You will gain exposure to a wide range of commercial activities, from customer communication and quotation management to supporting account strategies and business reviews. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven professional looking to build a career in strategic account management within a high\-tech manufacturing environment. Your key responsibilities are:
- Build and maintain relationships with customer contacts.
- Support day\-to\-day commercial activities and customer requests.
- Prepare quotations and follow up on commercial proposals.
- Assist in the development and execution of customer account plans.
- Coordinate activities between customers and internal teams.
- Support forecasting and demand planning processes.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively resolve issues.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling.
- Maintain accurate customer and opportunity data.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
- 3\+years of experience in account management, sales, business development, or customer\-facing roles.
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or a high\-tech environment is a plus.
- Strong communication and relationship\-building skills.
- Commercially driven and eager to learn.
- Understanding of technical products and development processes is advantageous.
