We’re looking for a Junior Account Manager to join a growing sales and marketing team. You’ll work across client campaigns, customer acquisition and account performance, gaining the experience needed to develop into a confident commercial professional.

You won’t be expected to manage major accounts from day one. You’ll work alongside experienced team members, learning how successful accounts are developed, how performance is maintained and how strong relationships contribute to long\-term growth.

The Account Management role and responsibilities

Your role will combine customer relationships, sales and account support, giving you exposure to different areas of the commercial process.

Day to day, you’ll be:

• Building positive relationships with customers


• Supporting the delivery of client campaigns


• Understanding account goals and performance expectations


• Communicating products, services and campaign offers


• Contributing towards customer acquisition and sales targets


• Keeping track of activity and campaign results


• Working with the wider team to maintain strong performance


• Identifying opportunities to improve results

*As you become more experienced, you’ll begin taking greater ownership of your work and developing a deeper understanding of account performance.*

*Experience in sales, retail, hospitality, customer service or another people\-focused role can transfer well, but previous account management experience isn't essential.*

Along the way, you’ll develop your ability across sales, account management, customer acquisition, relationship building, business development and performance analysis.
