• Support the planning and execution of projects within the Climbing segment, ensuring smooth coordination and delivery.


• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and international subsidiaries to drive project progress.


• Contribute to the development of technical solutions in close alignment with senior project managers and customer requirements.


• Monitor project performance, including timelines, budgets, and quality targets, and document progress accordingly.


• Prepare presentations, support customer meetings, and participate in site visits when required.

• A degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable technical field.


• 2–3 years of experience in project\-related roles or within the construction industry.


• Basic knowledge of project management principles and construction processes; familiarity with formwork or scaffolding is a plus.


• Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge is advantageous.


• Strong organizational and coordination skills with a structured, solution\-oriented mindset.


• Good communication skills and fluency in English (B2 or higher).


• A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and flexibility to travel occasionally.
