Key Responsabilities
- General services, facilities, reception, and administration.
- Management of calls, visits, and executive meetings at an international level. Travel management.
- Database maintenance: adding, removing, and updating the services contracted by the CLIENT.
- Process documents or internal or external communications in the company's information circuits.
- Prepare documents and communications.
- Classify, record and file communications and documents according to the appropriate techniques and the parameters established by the company.
- Support in the management of business processing processes in relation to the commercial, financial, and accounting areas of the company, according to the administrative processes and procedures applying current regulations and in conditions of safety and quality.
- Attend to employees, deal with incidents and claims through different channels: telephone, email, personally, etc.
- Support in the different needs of other departments.
- Proven experience in Front and Back Office positions
- Fluent in English and Spanish \- C1
- Knowledge of office invoices, billing, etc
- Office365
- Versatile to adopt different functions within the administration and reception department.
- Resolution capacity, desire to learn and work as a team.
