Junior Art Director

Cheil Italy, the data\-driven creativity Agency under the Samsung Group,is looking for a brilliant, curious, and future\-focused Art Director to join our Creative team!

As an Art Director, you will collaborate closely with Copywriters, Campaign and Strategy teams to shape and execute integrated visual concepts.

Reporting directly to the Creative Director, you will collaborate with the team on the following activities:

• Design and implement projects that prioritize the experiential component of the target audience: online and offline campaigns, activations, events, and special projects.


• Deeply understand and respect the unique character, guidelines, and nuances of different brands.


• Collaborate closely with colleagues from the other teams of the Agency


• Oversee daily creative operations, driving projects from the initial brainstorming phase to the execution

• 1 to 2 years of experience as a Junior Art Director in communication agencies, design studios, or structured creative environments.


• Natively and agilely adopt Generative AI tools to boost brainstorming, moodboarding, rapid prototyping, and visual production.


• Italian native speaker (crucial for daily local operations and client communication) combined with a good, professional command of English.


• Continuously scan social, cultural, and digital landscapes to translate fresh pop\-culture and visual trends into relevant opportunities for our clients


• Nice to Have: A strong interest, curiosity, or direct experience in UX/UI Design

• Sparkling \& Proactive Attitude: You bring energy, positive vibes, and a hands\-on approach to the team. You don't wait for things to happen; you make them happen.
