Your Impact
As a Junior Account Manager at Deliverect, you will support our Growth team in delivering exceptional post-sales support and driving customer success. You'll work with a portfolio of customers under the mentorship of senior Account Managers, gaining hands-on experience in relationship building, account management fundamentals, and commercial thinking. Your role will be instrumental in building strong foundations for long-term customer partnerships while developing the skills needed to manage more complex accounts. You will act as a key point of contact for your assigned accounts, collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Support teams, and contribute to our mission of helping customers maximize the value of the Deliverect platform.
This is a full-time, hybrid role with a flexible work schedule, offering 4 days in our London or Paris office and 1 day from the comfort of your home.

What you will do:

  • Drive Commercial Growth & Retention (Approx. 40%): Own the full lifecycle of contract renewals, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and drive expansion paths to achieve revenue targets and increase customer lifetime value.

  • Customer & Internal Advocacy (Approx. 30%): Act as the main point of contact for your customers, gathering requirements and pain points, and serving as the internal advocate by collaborating closely with the Product, Legal, and Finance teams to assess the feasibility and path for customer requests.

  • Relationship Building & Account Management (Approx. 20%): Build strong, foundational relationships with assigned customers through regular communication and engagement. Learn to understand customer business models, pain points, and success metrics. Support the preparation and execution of quarterly business reviews (QBRs) alongside senior Account Managers.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration (Approx. 10%): Act as the point of contact between customers and internal teams (Product, Support, Finance). Gather customer requirements and feedback, relay them internally, and communicate back solutions. Support the execution of customer projects and feature demonstrations.
What you will bring:
  • Essential:

  • Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a genuine interest in customer success.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • A proactive, curious mindset with enthusiasm for learning about SaaS, food tech, and account management.

  • Proficiency with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and standard productivity software (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Nice to have:
  • Previous customer-facing experience in any capacity (customer service, sales support, business operations).

  • Familiarity with APIs, integrations, or technical product environments.

  • Proficiency in German or another European language (French, Spanish, Italian, etc.).

  • Experience with project management or working with product teams.
