Job Purpose:Responsible for performing work according to guidelines provided in BMS and INS-0010169 within the areas of Goods Receipt, Quality Control, Goods Issue, Stock Placement and Shipment of materialWork in compliance with TechnipFMC’s HSE and Quality proceduresJob Description:Perform Goods receipt in SAP for all received goods.Initial inspection of all received goods.Perform quality control on demand and move parts to blocked stock if necessaryResponsible for calling technical support on demandStock placement of materials/spares.Report and register all deviations on received goods.Notify project of received material.File documentation according to proceduresMove materials and register all movements in SAP WMA (SYCLO)SAP IM 4.3Pick parts using SAP WMA (SYCLO) and directly in SAP (MIGO) SAP IM 4.3Pack and send requested materials in accordance with TechnipFMC instructions.Perform/order internal- or external transportation on request, accordingly different regulations (airfreight/Dangerous goods and other)Ensure that carriers are certified for transportation.Keep the warehouse areas clean and tidy inside and outside.Participate in lean improvements, digitalization of warehouses and other improvement measures. Participate in stock/EQ check.You are meant for this job if:
Recommended formal education:Certificate of completed apprenticeship in Logistic or equivalent.Certificate in packing and safe loading/knowledge NoG091/Airfreight regulations/Dangerous goods movement.
Required experience:Minimum 2 years relevant (industry) experience
Required certificate:
