Are you passionate about creating unforgettable travel experiences? We are seeking dedicated Driver/Guides to lead our Northern Lights tours in Tromsø for the 2026/2027 winter season (September 2026 to March 2027). This is a unique opportunity to work in one of the most stunning natural settings in the world while delivering exceptional service to our guests.
As a Driver/Guide, you play a crucial role in ensuring our visitors have an extraordinary experience. You will be responsible for transporting guests safely and comfortably while providing engaging storytelling about the Northern Lights, local culture in the breathtaking Arctic surroundings.

Your Responsibilities:
🔹 Drive guests to the most optimal locations for Northern Lights viewing
🔹 Share knowledge about the Aurora Borealis, local history, and Arctic nature
🔹 Ensure guests' comfort and safety throughout the tour
🔹 Assist guests with photography and provide tips for capturing stunning images
🔹 Monitor weather conditions and Aurora forecasts to maximize tour success
🔹 Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality experiences
🔹 Maintain vehicles and equipment in excellent condition
Who We Are Looking For:
✅ Valid Driver's License -- Class D1 (minibus) or Class D (bus)
✅ YSK Certification -- Certificate of Professional Competence for Professional Drivers
✅ Valid Driver's Permit
✅ Strong Social & Communication Skills -- Confident in storytelling, leading groups, and engaging with guests
✅ Fluent English -- Additional languages are a plus
✅ Work schedule -- We work afternoon/nights, weekdays, weekends and holidays
✅ Professionalism & Responsibility -- Represent our company with pride, respect, and integrity
✅ Safe & Smooth Driving Style -- Prioritizing passenger comfort and safety
