Join Matas Group’s Strategy Team as a Student Assistant
Are you passionate about retail and business strategy? Matas Group is looking for a motivated Student Assistant to support our Matas Group Strategy Team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with the leading retailer within beauty and wellbeing in the Nordics, contributing to strategic projects that shape the future of our business.
Your Role
As a Student Assistant, you will:
- Assist with project delivery on business\-critical strategic projects for the Matas Group.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to derive actionable insights.
- Prepare “ready\-to\-present” slides and concise storylines for key initiatives for the management team and senior leadership of Matas Group.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization and contribute to project discussions.
We are seeking a proactive, detail\-oriented team player who is:
- Enrolled in the final year of a Bachelor’s or first year of a Master’s program in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experienced with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- A strong communicator with an analytical mindset and a focus on delivering clear insights.
- Fluent in English (Danish or Swedish is a plus).
- Experience from consulting firms (as student assistant or interns), corporate strategy departments, or from the retail industry is a plus, but not a requirement.
- Work experience in a dynamic and fast\-paced environment.

- Working hours: 15\-20 hours per week, with flexibility during exam periods.
- Wage: In line with DJØF’s student assistants latest overview (retail sector).
- Start date: As soon as possible.
