The Role
This is a dynamic, hybrid position where you will divide your time between driving growth for Eazy Leads.AI and providing essential administrative support for the smooth operation of Opus Builders.
Your primary focus will be mastering our lead generation platform and creating raw content, while also acting as a central hub for administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
1\. GoHighLevel \& Digital Growth (Eazy Leads.AI)
- GoHighLevel Mastery: Take ownership of our GoHighLevel (GHL) platform. You will be responsible for implementing marketing campaigns, managing the CRM, and setting up automation workflows (working in coordination with our technical team in India).
- Google My Business (GMB) Optimization: Manage and optimize GMB profiles for both Opus and our clients to improve local SEO visibility.
- Lead Generation Support: Support ongoing lead generation activities, assisting with campaign tracking and reporting.
- Basic Videography: Utilize a smartphone or basic camera to shoot raw video footage on\-site at construction projects (Windsor, Reading, and Harrow areas) and capture team interactions. This footage will be sent to our editing team.
- Content Coordination: Work with the director to identify content opportunities and coordinate the flow of visual assets to the technical team.
- Executive Assistance: Provide direct administrative support to the Company Director, managing scheduling, emails, and correspondence.
- Office Administration: Handle basic administrative tasks for Opus from the Windsor office, including data entry, filing, and managing incoming inquiries.
- Communication: Act as a reliable point of contact for clients and suppliers, ensuring excellent communication and customer service.

Essential Skills \& Experience:
- Proven Experience with GoHighLevel: You *must* have hands\-on experience using GHL for CRM management and marketing automation.
- Digital Marketing Knowledge: Strong familiarity with SEO basics and a proven track record of optimizing Google My Business profiles.
- Basic Video Skills: Comfortable operating a smartphone or basic camera to capture quality raw video footage.
- Strong Administrative Background: Experience in a PA, EA, or senior administrative role with excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Self\-Starter Attitude: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively across different tasks.
- Full UK Driving Licence: Required for occasional travel between sites in Windsor, Reading, and Harrow for video content capture.
- Experience in the construction, property maintenance, or trades industry.
