<p><strong>What will your critical care responsibilities be?</strong></p>

<li>Monitor and assess patients' conditions, reporting any changes to the medical team.</li>
<li>Carry out assessments, administer treatments, and manage intensive care procedures.</li>
<li>Utilize restraint and head hold techniques when necessary.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.</li>

<p><strong>Qualifications and Experience:</strong></p>

<li>Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration.</li>
<li>Minimum of 6 months experience in critical care.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of critical care procedures, monitoring, and patient safety.</li>
<li>Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.</li>
<li>Willingness to work across various shifts including nights, weekends and days.</li>
