Italian-Speaking Customer Support Specialist

We are partnering with a leading global customer experience company to recruit Italian\-speaking Customer Support Specialists for an exciting streaming entertainment project.

If you’re passionate about movies, TV series, and delivering outstanding customer experiences, this is a fantastic opportunity to join an international team supporting one of the world’s most popular streaming platforms. You’ll help subscribers with their accounts, subscriptions, and technical inquiries while providing friendly, efficient, and professional support from the comfort of your home.

Your Role

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat in Italian and English


• Assist customers with account management, subscriptions, billing, and streaming inquiries


• Troubleshoot technical issues related to streaming services, devices, and account access


• Guide customers through product features and platform functionality


• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while delivering an exceptional customer experience


• Accurately document customer interactions using internal systems


• Escalate complex cases when necessary and ensure timely follow\-up


• Meet quality and customer satisfaction targets while working in a fast\-paced environment

• Native\-level fluency in Italian


• Good command of English (B2 level)


• Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not essential


• Excellent communication and active listening skills


• Strong problem\-solving abilities and customer\-focused mindset


• Comfortable using multiple digital tools and systems simultaneously


• Ability to work independently in a remote environment


• Must be based within 50 km of Lisbon


• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays

• Fully remote role (available for candidates living within 50 km of Lisbon)
